With just 5 easy steps you can make homemade white hot chocolate easily.
To begin with first boil milk, whisk well to avoid cream from collecting on top. Then add white chocolate chopped or white chocolate chips and sugar. Whisk well until it dissolves then add vanilla essence, mix well. Simmer for a minute, becomes thick and creamy. Switch off immediately. Pour in serving glass. Top it up with whipped cream, add some chocolate shavings and and serve hot!

Milk – Use full cream milk for best results. You can use farm fresh milk or packed milk. If using raw fresh milk boil then proceed with the recipe. Vanilla essence – Vanilla essence gives a great flavor so add original pure vanilla extract or essence. White Chocolate – Use good quality white chocolate. You can use white compound chocolate or white chocolate chips too.

How to make White Hot Chocolate Step by Step
1.To begin with : First boil 1 cup full cream milk, whisk on and off to avoid cream from collecting on top. 2.Add 1/4 cup white chocolate chips or white compound chocolate chopped. 3.Whisk well until it melts completely. 4.Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence to it. Mix well together with vanilla essence. 5.Simmer for a minute or until slightly thick. 6.Switch off. 7.Creamy and smooth hot chocolate ready to be served. 8.Pour into serving glass.Top it up with marshmallows and serve hot!
Expert Tips
Use full cream milk for a thick and creamy hot chocolate. Use good quality white chocolate as the taste purely depends on it. You can add white chocolate chopped or white chocolate chips. The sweetness from white chocolate is enough but if you prefer you can add a teaspoon of sugar. But be careful as adding more sugar makes the drink a bit runny. Add a dash of peppermint essence for peppermint white hot chocolate. You can even add a pinch of cinnamon powder for a variation.
