Mousse has a light and fluffy texture which comes by whipping cream or eggs.White Chocolate Mousse is an amazingly delicious treat with the mild flavor of white chocolate combined with fluffy and airy whipped cream. White Chocolate Mousse is made with just 2 ingredients heavy whipping cream and white chocolate. Whip the cream first then fold in with melted white chocolate and your white chocolate mousse is ready yes it is as easy as that. White Chocolate Mousse can be served as such as a dessert or used as a filling for mousse cakes too. This mousse is irresistibly delicious and a treat for any day. I can easily claim this is one of the best white chocolate mousse I’ve tasted so far light, airy with a whipped texture exactly the way I wanted. I am not anything against eggs but I am not comfortable eating them raw so always make egg less mousse. The recipe that uses cooked eggs for mousse is a bit tricky so I always use this egg less version of mine which is fuss free and easy to make. The ratio can vary depending but equal ratio of whipping cream, white chocolate makes the perfect white chocolate mousse. Trust me and try this, I am sure you will come back later to thank me.
