Serve chilled. Pin Garnish with chocolate shavings, cut it and enjoy your piece of cheese cake…yummm!! You can use your favorite garnish too.
Expert Tips
The custard should be warm while adding it to fresh cream. Once china grass is dissolved fully and is warm add it to the custard mixture else it will get set immediately. Refrigerate at least for 6 hours.
