Expert Tips
Make sure you remove the fiber part in tamarind before grinding. The sweet chutney will become thick after boiling, so while using for chaats you can mix it with water and use it.But make sure you take only required amount of sweet chutney transfer to a bowl and then add water.Dont add water in the storing container itself, then it will get spoiled soon. It keeps well for atleast 2-3 weeks under refrigeration. Adjust red chilli powder according to the spice level you want. Serve immediately after mixing everything.
You can use this chutneys even for sandwiches. Spread one layer red chutney and another layer green chutney in 2 bread slices with raw onions in one layer and enjoy your sandwich. You can toast them too.Pin
