When you first start, start with liquid foods like vegetable filtered soups that helps in easy digestion. You can then move gradually to purees within a week or so. If its not hot, do not heat up the soup directly. Keep it inside boiling water to heat it up. If you are introducing any new food, always consult your doctor before starting. Always give at least 2-3 days before you start with the next new food. You can even replace toor dal with moong dal. If using moong dal roast till nice aroma comes then proceed. The mix of vegetables is purely your choice. You can even use a combination of dals for dal soup. You can use masoor dal too. Rinse the dal and veggies well before pressure cooking. You can even replace toor dal with mung dal. If using roast till nice aroma comes then proceed. You can even add a small garlic clove while pressure cooking for soup which will aid in digestion.
