Ragi Modak is healthy modak with finger millet flour.I love trying out many modak varieties this year wanted to try modak with ragi flour and it turned out above my expectations. Yesterday I tried this finger millet modak I tried it without rice flour and was doubtful about the taste but trust me, it tastes so good. I tried a simple no cook stuffing with nuts, it tasted so good by itself that few went inside just like that.
