Pista Ice Cream is my favorite, though pista flavour is not easily available in all icecream shops. As summer is at its peak already, I have started trying out summer treats and this pista icecream was made few days back.Not many including mittu is fond of pista flavour, so I enjoyed half of the icecream and transformed the rest into a falooda which I will be posting soon. Expert Tips
If you don’t have a electric beater its ok you can just whisk with a hand whisk or egg beater but it will take some time. Do not beat the cream for more time just few seconds ins enough else it will turn into butter. If you are using store bought condensed milk then you can add just 1/2 cup as I used homemade 3/4 cup was needed. I had pista elachi essence which had green color too. If you have just pista essence you can add that too.
