Matki dal a simple yet tasty curry made with moth beans. I have little sprouted moth bean after making misal pav so wanted to try a simple dal with it and we enjoyed it with roti.

I made it a simple dal, if you want more flavour you can add kasoori methi, amchur powder etc. You can just soaked moth bean too without sprouting too.
