Expert Tips

To quicken the process you can soak agar agar in water for 10mins then start cooking. Keep stirring till agar agar dissolves completely. It may take about 5-7mins. Store in a clean container and refrigerate until serving time. Keeps well atleast for 3-4 days in fridge. Refrigerate it as when we keep in room temperature it will let out water. I used alphonso mangoes.
