Mango Halwa is so easy to make with just few ingredients in hand. This is the first time I am trying this mango halwa recipe and I should say it didn’t disappoint even for not so mango lover like me, truly speaking to me it tasted more like the naturo candy. You can easily spread this halwa on a tray and cut into squares but I wanted to use the mini ramekins for the pics so did it this way. I haven’t added any thickening agent so it takes atleast 20mins to attain halwa consistency. The halwa will thicken after cooling.You can even spread it on a tray and then cut it.But if you are planning to spread on a tray do it when its is still hto only then it will get set neatly. It will look goey while switching off, but will get thick after cooling down.I clicked almost 30mins after the halwa was done. Choose good flavourful juicy mangoes which is a must for this halwa.
