Expert Tips

Serve immediately after adding makhana. Else make the raita ready without adding roasted makhana and while serving you can add makhana alone. Refrigerate until serving time. My curd was not sour so didn’t add milk, if you prefer add a tablespoon milk. We love sweet raita so added sugar if you don’t want then skip sugar.
