Lemon Soda Memories
I never knew Lemon Soda is very famous until I saw it in a restaurant. Years back when we dined at Yari a North Indian restaurant here in Coimbatore we had a heavy rich dinner with Roti, Naan, PB Masala, Dal, Starters etc. So when it came to desserts the kids ordered ice cream and most of us ordered the same too. But my neighbor friend ordered lemon soda and she said its good to have it after a heavy meal as it helps in digestion and she asked me if I could share with her as she was already full. So I cancelled my ice cream order and decided to share it with my friend. It is a live counter and I could see them preparing the beverage. So 2 glasses arrived as we insisted 1 by 2 it was a tall glass with almost 3/4th filled. I should admit I loved it in the first sip itself. My tummy felt so good especially after all those rich buttery dishes and I thanked my friend for introducing this refreshing drink to me.
