Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins is light ,fluffy and tasty snack. I took this recipe as base and tried it, the muffins turned out so good.I was skeptical how eggs and lemon combo would go but believe me they tasted just awesome and the crunch from poppy seeds was a fantastic add on.
