Usually the measure of all the 3 ingredients is the same like if we take 1 cup kavuni rice then its 1 cup sugar and 1 cup coconut.But I usually reduce it as its too much of sweet taste for us. Ghee is just for flavour Usually white sugar is used you can replace it with cane sugar or jaggery.I used cane sugar.
