Kambu Murukku is a crisp and light murukku made with pearl millet flour.This kambu murukku or Pearl Millet Flour Murukku is crisp and light and makes a great snack for Diwali. Kambu flour can be made at home or you can buy in supermarkets as its easily available.I have already tried thinai murukku, ragi murukku etc so this year wanted to try this kambu murukku and it turned our so flavorful and tasty.As its deep fried I wouldn’t say its healthy though it uses millet flour but still a good variation to our regular rice flour murukku.
