Let’s start making Cold Coffee
Add the coffee powder, sugar, milk, and ice in a blender and blend until you see a frothy layer. Do not blend for too long or on a very high setting, if you like a foamy coffee.
Pour in glasses and serve. Add toppings of your choice. The cold coffee is great without ice-cream or toppings too. I like to keep it light and just enjoy the foamy cold coffee on hot summer afternoons.
Tips to make perfect Cold Coffee
Instant Coffee: Use your preferred instant coffee brand such as Nescafe or Bru. Instant coffee comes in finely ground or granulated form. Both of them work. How strong? Add more instant coffee to 1.5 or 2 tablespoons if you prefer a stronger, slightly bitter taste in your cold coffee. Foamy: If you want a foamy coffee, don’t blend the coffee for too long. Adjust Sweetness: If you’re going to add ice cream, whipped cream, or chocolate sauce, reduce the amount of sugar in the coffee. Cold Coffee with Ice-cream: Make your cold coffee creamier and indulgent with a dollop of vanilla ice cream on top or blend it in with the milk.
