About Green Tea

Green tea is a type of tea that is made from Camellia sinensis leaves and buds. Green Tea & Regular Tea comes from the same tea plant, however the method to make differentiates this tea from the regular tea. This tea is made by steaming, pan frying and drying the tea leaves and does not undergo oxidation process like regular tea. Green Tea is a refreshing brew of tea powder & water that could be made instantly by boiling water in kettle / stove top & dipping the tea bag or adding the powder to boiling water. This tea is any time drink suitable for all ages & pregnant mothers too. We usually start our day with a milk coffee and enjoy green tea for mid mornign breaks or evenings. Coffee is always my go to when it comes to starting the day as I am very much a coffee person. Enjoy a cup of green tea for a refreshing and rejuvenating drink. You can have it with sweetener or without sweetener as per your preference. This is one of the excellent summer drinks. You can add many flavors to your green tea like infusing tulsi leaves, mint leaves, country borage etc.
