Eggless Steamed Christmas Pudding Recipe Easy Christmas Pudding

Eggless steamed christmas pudding recipe a traditional pudding made for this festive season.This recipe is very easy to make and the only thing that put me off was the waiting time, yes we need to steam this pudding for about 2 hours but sure worth the wait I would say. When I was searching for an easy christmas pudding recipe, happened to see this and was glad as it had less butter and it was eggless too.I tried it the very next day, the pudding came out so soft and delicious.You can make some custard sauce to go with it but I just dusted with icing sugar as the pudding was good to go by itself 🙂 Pin Though this is a pudding, it is more cakish in texture.I was in a hurry to slice above pic I sliced the pudding soon after I took it out and below pic was after 30 mins, you can see the texture difference, taste wise nothing but in case if someone is impatient like me, just wanted to show the texture 🙂 Pin
