I have tried half and half of wheat and maida and this recipe worked like a charm. I have doubled and made a big batch too, this recipe is sure my keeper recipe. You can use a muffin pan, place the liners on it and bake. As I didn’t own a 12 cupcake mold that time I used my tart pan for baking these cupcakes. You can use any odorless cooking oil.
