How to Make?
The herbs used in this yogurt dip do not require multiple trips to the store. You can make this dip with whatever ingredients you have on hand.
Take a cup of cold plain yogurt, I usually use full-fat yogurt as it gives a rich creaminess to the dip. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme to the yogurt. Then add the required amount of salt along with a pinch of pepper. Add olive oil and lime juice. The lime juice will gives the extra tanginess to the yogurt.
This recipe is quite similar to the Greek yogurt dip that uses jalapeños or dill with the bites of garlic and onions. You make this dip before a barbecue or a game night. While you can keep this dip refrigerated for 3-4 days, I would not recommend freezing the sauce, as it is yogurt based.
