I love trying different cookie recipes and this one with minimal ingredients and a no fail recipe. You can even shape them as just small circles which will be quick too.But as I wanted to surprise my kids I used the cute cookie cutters.I have given both cookie/biscuit as title because it was inbetween both and thats the reason. And the best thing about this recipe is no rising agents at all, very minimal ingredients still it comes out soo good.
