I use homemade wheat flour so the water added was a little more I add around 3 tablespoon water to bring the dough together. Adjust water according to your flour and dough consistency. The rising time may vary according to your climatic conditions. In india now its hot so it made the proofing faster. I used instant yeast, if you are using active dry yeast you can use 1 tablespoon.
