This kheer tends to thicken with time so switch it off accordingly. Do not boil for more time after bread powder is added it will change the consistency and also also spoil the taste. If it gets thick further more then heat little more milk and add it while serving. If you want you can ghee fry the nuts and use it.I used almonds nad pistachios.
