Bow Tie Pasta with vegetables.This is a very basic masala pasta recipe made with bow tie pasta variety.I got this pack of bow tie pasta as a gift hamper and the last cup was waiting to be used up so made this easy and quick pasta for breakfast. Whenever I am in a hurry I use pasta sauce and this is our family favorite. This iron skillet I have used here is very special as its a gift from my best friend Sowmya.Of all the many gifts Sowmya bought for me and kids this is my most fav.Even before she had plans to leave to the US…on our casual chat session said that the lodge pan I had was too big to cover in pics here comes the 8inch pan.Some 6months bk when I was in a train journey that’s when she watsapped me the pic of the pan I couldn’t hold my happiness😇 that I didnt even sleep properly tat night. Gifts are always special and when its from best friends it holds a special place as they are the ones who know exactly what we like n want like crazy😜 So so blessed to have such best friends for life!
