Expert Tips
If you add sugar to hot mixture it will turn goey. Therefore add sugar only after cooling down the mixture. If you are not able to shape into ladoos then ghee is not enough. I used brown sugar you can use normal white sugar or jaggery or even cane sugar. As we are adding as such make sure you use clean jaggery or cane sugar. Hold and press tight while shaping the ladoos so that it stays firm. It is mild sweet if you prefer you can increase sweetness. I used thick aval but you can use thin or even red aval.
