You can even skip sugar and made the apple sauce. Add sugar while making the fizz. Apple sauce becomes very handy for many eggless recipes so you can make and store in fridge. It keeps well at least for a week if refrigerated. You can add a dash of ginger juice or lemon juice for added flavour. Adjust sweetness according to your preference. This will be mildly sweet.
