Vegan means you do not consume any animal products such as meat, dairy, eggs, honey, or any other ingredient that is sourced from an animal. I am personally not vegan, but my husband is vegetarian. So we do eat a lot of naturally vegan and vegetarian dishes. I am sharing here a variety of vegan plant-based meals we make frequently. All of these recipes are made in the Instant Pot, but can also be made in a stovetop pressure cooker or in a pan.
Why use Instant Pot for Vegan Cooking?
Instant Pot is the best to make lentils and beans, cooking them faster than ever with the pressure cooking feature. It is also great to make delicious healthy soups and curries. And did I mention “rice”. Remove the guesswork out of cooking perfect fragrant rice!
Instant Pot saves so much time when cooking vegan meals. If you love to meal prep, then you can cook a large batch of soups or other meals, and portion them out for the week. Or you can batch cook beans, and use them in multiple dishes.
I am sure you will find at least a few dishes you will enjoy in this big list of ….. vegan recipes!
