As you might know by now, our half-Indian family is big on Indian food. I adore making paneer – check out my article How to Make Paneer for an easy homemade recipe here. This DIY Indian cottage cheese is super easy to make (10 minutes to prep and no major tools needed). Otherwise, store-bought paneer works just fine. Here us a bucket-load of wildly-delicious recipes for you to try!
