The Best Breakfast Recipes with Sausage and Eggs
Savory breakfast is my favorite, and I’m constantly coming up with new ways to work in a good, hot, and cozy morning meal. In this list, I’ve included a good mix of healthy, indulgent, vegetarian, quick ‘n easy, and some a ‘lil fancy—something for everyone and every morning. Time to crack some eggs and dive in!
Tater Tot for Breakfast Casserole
This is a bonus recipe idea – Nothing screams cozy and yum like this tater tot for breakfast casserole – I think you’ll agree. This is the ultimate in a golden-brown, cheesy, bubbly breakfast or brunch. Who doesn’t love anything with potato hash browns?! This vegetarian recipe is a great base – you can add your own flavorings and sausages to it. It’s pretty much perfect as is, though. It’s a good one to remember if you have extra cheddar cheese in the fridge.

You can leave out the pepper if your kids don’t like the heat.
